Shane says it all

Sometimes Shane says it all with his smile
with his hugs
or snuggles.
Sometimes his hard work says it
or his dedication.
Sometimes even his music says it all when he reads the notes and plays them on his guitar.
Sometimes Shane's struggle says it all
or his art and creativity.
Sometimes Shane says it all with his head whip to get his hair outta his face
or when he's focused guiding the skateboard with his feet down the sidewalk.

but mostly Shane says it all with his heart.
Thats what speaks the loudest for Shane.

the park

We took a trip to the park recently.
It's one of our family's favorite places to go hang out.
It really is so much fun for everyone.

I snapped this photo of Rozzy and besides feeling an overwhelming love for my daughter on a normal basis I look at this photo and feel absolutely over the moon for her.
She is my princess, diva, giggles, tiny dancer, big singer all rolled into one.

I was sitting under the slide when I turned and watched her trying to get up her speed to jump off the swing.
She reminds me to have fun and what it feels like to be a kid.
She reminds me to get my speed up and jump off every once in a while.

I am so thankful for her. Her spunk, pizzaz, innocence.
She sleeps in, loves clothes, barbies, singing, lip gloss, her Daddy, bathing suits, her "beach cruiser", nail polish, jewlery, baseball, soccer, sprinklers, hotdogs, hot coco, books, the movie Matlida & Hairspray, and on top of all this she loves me. and I am sooooo thankful that God put her in my care.

I don't know what I did to ever deserve her or the love her tiny big heart gives me.

my Rozzy. she's my barefoot, tangled hair, park lovin' princess.
I love you Rozzy.

noticed

6 year old girls are messy beyond their years.
almost 11 year old boys are way too lippy for their own good.
nearly 10 year old boys watch their older brother way too much.
2 year old boys climb on everything and can totally out run you.

as the kids get older the days get shorter.
the washer can never wash fast enough.
& the dryer never dry fast enough.

the more printers I have the less ink there is to print my pictures.
the cooler the recipe the more ingredients I end up needing.

Im not trying to complain.
the more I try and say Im not complaining the more it sounds like I am. =)

these are just some things I've noticed.
I love 'em all because they are my sweet, love every nook & cranny life, however some of them are becoming more noticable than others. =)

but I love it.
& God is always in control. even when I feel outta control. =)
